Beautiful dinner Ike. Are these recent pictures? I didn't think fishing season was open yet.
I don't eat trout. Partly because they're beautiful. You can tell a picture of a live fish because its eye is always looking down at the water. A dead fish's eyes are looking every direction but down. Usually a dead fish's eye is hanging out of the socket. Fishing season is open year round in most places, but the water isn't. These are all old pictures.
ps. I eat just about any other type of fish except trout. Like salmon. I love salmon. Kill them wholesale. And halibut. Not nearly as beautiful as trout and a halibalot tastier.
